i can guarantee you now, the general public will not approve of a 70+ man visiting a teenage prostitute/escort even though she is 18 or 19.

Go on the boards and ask that question and i suspect they will not like it.

Public opinion matters. A politician couldnt even go off with an escort even if he was single. A CEO of a company would probably have to resign if it were found out. Its not written in stone what is right, but we have morals as to the correct behavior. when it comes to people of trust (teachers, politicians, doctors etc), you simply have to how the majority deems fit. Unfortunately escorts are not the majority, but married people are and they want to see pure lives of quiet desperation.
