They would have to I'm afraid. Otherwise we wouldn't be in a relationship anymore. I'm old enough to realise that living on someone else's terms would never be me, and divorced enough to prove it holds. To me, the true zenith of being with someone is being able to be straight up myself with them. That means accepting each other warts and all. The biggest mistake women make is going for an ideal instead of a reality, then spending years resenting the guy for being the reality.

I'm not saying I'm into open relationships or free love either. I just think an emotional connection is worth far more than sexual monogamy.
