    Time to finish off the ghost estates. There will be no shortage then.

    I feel there will be another bubble and people will get burned again. Lessons have not been learned.

    that depends if people will want to live where many of those ghost estates are?

    there will be another bubble, there always was.

    Issue is not just growth but issues such as

    Emplyment
    Productivity/competitiveness

    Certainly housing ; price and availability/location both rental and to buy are an issue

    Unless the upside is shared the inequality issue will become worse
