Two bald tyres is dangerous and you should be ashamed.

    Well done the Gardai

    No insurance.
I find it incredible anyone would admit to that here.

Actually I'm gobsmacked, I think that is incredibly irresponsible

It's crazy that you actually believe your car was seized because of the tyres and the broken light. Cars can be seized because you're out of tax, especially if longer than 3months (they take straight away) Insurance is a completely different matter altogether!! I'm surprised they let you go, without having a license?? No insurance isn't a road traffic offence like your other faults, it's a criminal offence and you'll get a minimum of a fine!!

Unless you gave a false identity (which I would have in such a desperate situation)

The feckers pulled me over for a defective taillight and 2 slicks (bald tyres they say) and told me it was not road worthy and then impounded it. WTF..
They left me stranded and I had to get a taxi then.
Shaving your balls before the appointment ehh.

Well you deserved getting your car taking from you, for having no licence/INSURANCE/n.t,c, but hold on, that's not the worst of it. Wait till the summons comes out to you and your up in court No N.T.C = 5 penalty point i'm not sure what no insurance/ licence carries, but i think your motoring days are over,

Had a chance, are you having a laugh? I actually think he's telling lies. I deal with clients facing charges over road traffic incidents, and I can tell you this. It would be a very foolish guard to let him walk away in that said situation. Fact is they would've arrested him over having no license. Considering the situation (tax,NCT, no insurance, reckless vehicle) of course.

    Talking shite I think.
