They above most should not act like this,
When U deal with patients clients, you need to assume they could have something, and its your responsibility to take care of yourself, if you cannot accept that risk be it a needle stick injury in a medical professional or a burst condom as a sex worker they don't do it...
Education protecting yourself is key, also have your jabs, I had so many I felt like a pin cushion, but worth it, there no jab for HIV of course. But for hep a and b but if you do find yourself in a high risk situation you can get antibodies with 24hours which should reduce your chances, however easier to give to a nurse with a needle stick than a sex worker with a burst condom
Common sense however does be lacking, I've met ladies who offered bareback with a sponge of course extra fee, or a chick who was ocd about her health and using condoms, but they always burst on her, she was using baby oil for lube... ruins condoms
Even if U have a wank or massage with baby oil, then have sex the residue will prob wreck the condom just fyi
Coconut oil doesn't
