I don't think we want community mods that want to be community mods for the money.

Not for money Pat, just a small token via a mobile voucher for the real aggro that they would get as you know only to well yourself. A mobile voucher of E50 a week or less or more would be far cheaper then what you would pay someone on your payroll to do it surely. If you can get someone to do all that for nothing then grand but I can’t see any real amount off takers unless things get really bad in Ireland or you could try recruiting in the fetish section as you would have to be into some severe self punishment to do it and I would also submit that the Escorts and Clients have one Mod from each if it ever happens and each mod deals with their own group and each Mod work with one another when its one Escort and Client that are at each others throats.

I have always said, and I still believe, that the idea of a "Community Moderator" is a bad bad idea .................... no offence to anybody but there is not one single long-time poster (and it would need to be an experienced member of the boards!!) who hasn't had at least one run-in/disagreement/argument with another member of the boards resulting in the impossibility of any "Community Moderator" being completely fair and unbiased.

This board needs a dictator and we have one in the form of Queen Patricia ................
