As I said to you, many problems with your post. I don't know ten indies who work together anywhere that's an agency set up. An agency set up is far more likely to be raided, as has been proved time and time again. Any client would do well to steer clear of agency incall flats.

Irish law is based on the English law in this instance, you should know this, your EI guide told you so. I do not know ten indies who work together, that would be odd.
