  1. Default If the law changes

    Two things,

First, don't know if anyone has shown this article from Time magazine yet, apologies if so, if not it's worth a read

Second, question for clients. If the abolitionists are successful in having the Swedish model introduced in this country, how would it change your habits when visiting ladies

One of the first things I will not be doing is giving tips in an open forum , so if things do change like all other animals on the planet , we will adapt

Where there's a will there's a way, we'll do as we always do. Adapt to the situation but alot more careful.

I for one will always report this no matter what law is brought in, she certainly dose not speak for me in that regard!
Did you see the clip on one of the other forums here? It was reported that a lady may be underage and working against her will. The anonymous caller gave the address in the hope that she may be rescued. Instead they staked out her apartment and fined any client that came out of her apartment and didn't make any attempt to talk to the lady directly and see if she was okay.

You may not agree with Laura Lee, but the documented evidence and the media in circulation, which is promoting the Swedish model is not showing evidence that any attempt at helping a trafficked Sex Worker would do any good, in fact it would do the reverse and she would likely be thrown out of the apartment, as the Police on this occasion work if making no effort to be discreet, so neighbours would likely report it to the landlord, even if they didn't and with the social stigma attached (which is much worse there now), they would likely be hounded out if not made to leave.

So... disregard, object or disagree with what Laura Lee is saying, but you should ask yourself if reporting a case of trafficking will actually do more harm than good if the same policies and attitudes are adopted.
