In recent weeks we have updated all escorts rates so that now escorts can only enter a number or select "N/A" or "ASK" - No more text, special characters, currency symbols or other stuff is allowed in the rates boxes now.

This was to make way for the possibility of searching by price.

Today we have added a "Ride out the Recession" area to all the main escorts by area indexes. For example see https://www.escort-ireland.com/escorts/dublin-escorts.htmlorhttps://www.escort-ireland.com/escorts/belfast-escorts.html for a Northern Irish example.

(Thanks to the client who suggested on these message boards some weeks ago than "Ridin' out the Recession" was a good way to put this!)

The Ride out the Recession section is links to the most inexpensive escorts. Currently we have based this on the cheapest prices for 30 minute incalls.

In Northern Ireland we have a page of escorts charging 80 pounds or less for a 30 minute incall and a page of escorts charging 81 to 100 pounds for 30 minutes incall.

In the South we have a pages for escorts charging up to 100 euro, 101 - 125 euro or 126-150 euro for 30 minutes incall.

We think this new section is good for both escorts and clients.

Escorts can now update their rates anytime they want and if they want to offer services at a budget rate - even if only temporarily as a special - they will instantly stand out to clients as budget escorts.

Clients on a tight budget will now be able to see exactly what their choices are at the click of a button. No more searching through hundreds of profiles trying to find the best rates!

We have considered that there may be some abuse of this new section, namely that some escorts may advertise false low rates to lure clients in. In fact I guarantee sometime down the road some client will be telling me how the false rates on this website are a pisstake etc!!! However, overall, I think this is a good step forward.

If there is significant abuse we have a couple of options - (a) We could make it that only escorts who accept reviews are allowed into our ride out the recession pages so if escorts do advertise false low prices clients can quickly report this via reviews or (b) we could lock naughty escorts out of the new escort log-in area where escorts can update their rates amongst other things.

We will be pleased to have feedback from escorts and clients on this new section. I am aware we have somewhat rushed it out today, as we are in the middle of many changes, one of them much bigger and more important than this that I hope to have done very soon, so it could quite possibly be improved.

Perhaps, after feedback, we could make some changes to it. Most changes people could suggest would probably be quite easy to do now we have done all this groundwork, so there is no reason we couldn't get them done fast.

This change should also save our staff time, because more escorts will update their rates and schedule themselves rather than ask us to do it, leaving our staff with more time for more important duties.

Just tried it out......


One problem.
When i try to change my 30 mins where is ticked by staff 'ask',if i write rate in it,it does not come up black as all of them,it comes up gray,and is not 'filled' at least your system thinks that.
If i try to submittit s asking me to fill out all rates,in fact they all are filled,just the 30 min is in grey color instead of black.

ps-i did unticked 'ask' before filling it in.
