I make my plans well in advance and so far i've been lucky everything has worked out. So no need for plan B so far anyway.

I make most appointments by PM so would never have a plan B with this scenario. I also book many girly by phone as I cannot arrange meeting by pm and in this case I always have a Plan B, Plan C, etc. in case I cannot make appointment!
