Question It takes one to know one — or does it?

How easy is it for an escort to spot a punter out and about? I am not talking about a guy wandering about with a phone to his head asking for directions, but just a guy you meet either in a building or outside either heading into or coming out of an apartment block?

I was leaving an escort's apartment a few weeks ago. I was walking down a corridor towards the elevator when I saw a young lady walking towards me carrying a couple of shopping bags. To be honest, I was not really paying too much attention to her as I was still thinking about the lady I had just left.

Anyway, just before we passed each other I got a very chirpy "Hello" from her! It was only at this point that I actually looked at her, more out of surprise than anything else. I smiled and said "Hi ya" as she then turned to open the door of an apartment as I passed.

I don't know if she saw me leaving the apartment or not, but I thought it a little strange for someone to say what she did the way she did it. I have met loads of people coming and going in apartment blocks and often said "Hi", nodded or held a door open etc. but more because we were at a door or letting the other past or something but this girl was different, it was more like she knew me but I know I never met her before.

Perhaps she is just a very friendly person or just mistook me for someone else but it later got me thinking, do us punters stand out to to escorts as you know the signs to look out for better than anyone?
