I'm not condoning his actions, it's really awful. However, considering the facts that he tried to conceal the urine and mop it up, I would suspect that it was unintentional / unavoidable and he may be suffering from a form of urinary incontinence. Why not ? Nobody has a clue who it is, a totally anonymous punter.

If a client has a condition which means he cant hold 2-3 seconds to get to the loo then he should advice the escort of this in advance.Also, he should have taken up the offer to go to the bathroom, to be sure to be sure .
