I have the problem I go too fast and I have to slow down or its a short appointment haha ,just do exercises that will help you like push ups for missionary gives you strong arms chest and hip trusts for doggy and so on and start walking what I do is walk ,jog ,sprint for a few seconds and then again and again.... I hate long boring runs
yep, I was a really scrawny kid got bullied alot so I lifted at home didn't have a clue what I was doing hence bad shoulders now ,food definitely gives you energy ,no expert at all but theres loads of stuff on the internet and guys out there that can help obviously guys bullshit you in the gym but some of it is useful
I see regularly every day grossly obese people (for what ever reason) who must find sex very difficult. but presumably they manage it
The ones I feel sorry? for are those locked up in prisons around the world. They can smuggle in drugs etc in condoms, but have no other use for same.
