Relax this is easy to sort, go to tesco and get a plastic bag,on the way back get a very heavy large stone,get the dog,the plastic bag and stone and head to the river.







Use the stone to stop the bag blowing away,let the dog swim as it will tire him out,use the bag to collect his poop and not litter.
I do hope you knew that was my plan

There is a collar you can get in most pet shops and when he barks it gives him a little shock, nothing serious or really sever, it just lets him know he's not allowed, he'll soon realise barking equals shock and will stop himself, eventually you won't need to put it on him again.

It takes 2 AA batteries, can't be that bad, sort of like those joke pens you get which give you a little shock, same principle, it has short or long prongs (fingers) which you screw into it depending on how long his hair is so it looks severe but isn't.
I wouldn't leave it on him all the time, that way when you put it on at least he will learn not to bark when you do put it on.
