Default Back in the gym- feeling great

Nothing better then going to the gym after some time away from physical work.
Started back yesterday and it killed me. Then went to see the gorgeous Irish Sarah and
    That sorted me right out.

Back again this morning 6 till 8 and feeling great, endorphins released sun shining some house music on the iPod
And I'm away back at half 3 then to see another beautiful lady.

Then Thursday I leave the punting world till Xmas 😩😩😩

    Happy Tuesday people.

Been using the gym since I'm 16 last year and a half I've not touched anythingn physical except drinking and eating shit.
Put on a few pounds now losing them, have a great plan so I will move id say 2 stone over the course of a month 2x 2 hour sessions a day, 5 days a week 1 cardio 1 weights.

In great form after it this morning though.

I'm going back home to England on Thursday and going to Kent on Saturday for 5 days and it's an army style boot camp ran by former SAS man, pretty sure that's the carry on that will take place tires, carrying led shelving and free weights used while running and the likes. I'm dreading it but at same time can't wait to see the difference.

Feck the gym - I'd just go for a double session with Irish Sarah

I have a bit of an injury at the moment - I'm hoping she will be able to sooth it away later this week
