I used to go to the gym at 7am, but for now I get up at 6:30 and do my 200 sit ups to keep my tummy in shap ...shower, te, and what the News on TV to relax before going to College
So at the moment, finding it hard to find space in my timetable for the gym thinking of buying a CD and star home training!!
