feeling pretty depressed now as apart from the gym my weekends are my only great interaction with people and I am not looking forward to next week now

Just being stronger than get bad feeling loneliness, depression...etc. get over me, have friends here, also with viber, whatsapp can get in touch with my loved ones easily, treat myself with some nice meals, sometimes do cook as well....
