1. Game of Thrones Best TV drama I've ever seen. Couldn't possibly some it up in a few words.
2. LOST Whilst the narrative was all over the place come the latter seasons, the characters were what made the show for me. Love it.
3. Scrubs The best comedy on TV the past 10 + years with some awesome dramatic moments. Probably the best use of licensed music in a TV show also.

I'm watching The Walking Dead but it's so inconsistent that I wouldn't class it as a fav, Breaking Bad, finished that a while back, enjoyed it, it was decent I guess.

Watching True Detective now and wow, it's fantastic, first half has been brilliant.
