I have a similar problem I think. I generally am pretty good at keeping it clean. It has always been tight and I have difficulty pulling it back and forward. It kind of scares the crap out of me everytime I do it as I had a bad experience a few months ago. I had pulled it back to clean of the old cheddar but couldn't get it to go back over again. Anyways it was late so I said I would sleep on it and that it would slip back over itself. Anyways next morning it still hadn't gone back over and I was getting a slight swelling so from reading on the net and having the bejesus scared out of me that it would fall off from gangrene I went to the doctor who solved the problem. He wasn't too helpful when I asked him about circumcision and just said it was usually carried out on older men not someone like me in my spritely early twenties. Now I never really have trouble during sex as iit doesn't normally come back over the head but I am still thinking of getting it done.

Does anyone know who the best Surgeon/Doctor/Clinic that does this type of procedure?

Also how do you keep the horn down, I can barely leave it alone for a couple of hours so how do you last a couple of weeks?

I must admit Chelsea are playing some really good football. Middlesboro didn't put up much of a fight. If it was against Arsenal they would fight for their lives. Arsenal came good in the second half. I was listening to the match on the radio as it wasn't on tv today. I thought here we go again.Their making life a bit hard for themselves going behind in every game these days.I must see it in full on football first later. Chelsea and Liverpool next week so that should tighten things up at the top. I hate to see it, Utd are looking good again this year. Rooney looks like he's this years Ronaldo. I'll be watching the Grand Prix in the morning. Lets hope Lewis doesn't mess up this time.

I always had a tight foreskin but all changed when i went to the doctor a year or so ago. he was very helpful,he gave me a gel called "instillagel" which loosens and numbs up your foreskin so you can perform stretching exercises without the pain.. after a few weeks it was grand!! It was all televised today.......setanta etc., dont you have that in Ireland - you have sky sports i know you do......... and i guess you have MOTD - still the game was great - 7 of out first team players out and we taught them a lesson - Never underestimate Middlesboro they are a boggie team for many - ours is usually Liverpool still think we may have broken the curse on that one.......
