Joke Or Paranoia?

Just wondering does everyone on here think that every new poster who happens to have passable enough grammar is working for a newspaper?

Is it just a running joke that I have missed or is it genuine paranoia?

I was accused of it when I first started posting myself especially since my profile say's escort but non advertiser, despite telling people many times that my profile only say's that because I haven't been in Ireland for so many months. It took a while before some of the posters would believe I was a genuine poster.

Anyway I have noticed on a couple of threads tonight from 2 different guys being asked if they work for a newspaper?

I think its a bit of both tbh, I think some joke around but I think others are genuinely paranoid x

In fairness, I think the journalist one is a bit of a joke but the Trolls aka shit stirrers account for a fair percentage of new profiles..

It has got worse, as I was not advertising when I first joined and just got ignored lol. I had to kick a few people before anyone noticed me.

Having said that, the modern journalist does not necessarily have perfect grammar / spelling / punctuation
