Thank you bbj for bringing the vote of tidgypuds to my attention. If at the conclusion of voting, the vote cast by tidgypuds makes a material difference to the result, I will consult with the only person who can establish whether tidgypuds has the same IP address as anybody else who has cast a vote.

In the meantime, I'm going to let the vote stand.
