it's a funny tournament at t he best of times regarding result with it been the last major tournament before the worlds. i remember a player called scott rand making semis 2 years ago, expected him to supplement himself in the top 32 for sometime to come but he disappeared.

But as was said earlier it has been good for players who have won in the last couple of years going into the worlds
