Ediinburgh Saunas 'Win' @ Council Meerting.

The new National police force in Scotland which is heavily Glasgow biased where they traditionally have had a no tolerance policy on massage parlours recently decided they needed a PR spectacular as I posted on and also to let the old Lothian Police i.e. Edinburgh Police who was the new boss in a turf war so they raided the cities licensed saunas/brothels including some gay ones and made a point of humiliating sex workers and clients as well as the owners.
They wanted them finished forcing sex workers onto the streets, don't forget in Scotland there would quite a few religious loons on the police.
The issue went before a council committee and the brothels/saunas have won with a margin of one vote. Well Three were closed and Three others were required to change signage but seven were accepted without changes.
The National police force had confiscated sexual equipment and love swings and condoms and absurdly apparently wanted a no condoms on premises requirement as an effort to prevent the great evil act of sexual intercourse taking place to cease their objections to the brothels/saunas. They have since tried to wriggle out of their no condoms insistance as they have made a laughing stock out of themselves.

A victory for commonsense and a return visit to the great London Street Sauna next year is certainly on my agenda.
