It ias annoying that so much of this forum is taken up with the same few individuals constantly at each others throats. I can understand the escorts, it is advertising for them. The rest seem to be seriously short of a life.
The answer to your original query is that the better escorts wil go out quite a bit, usually out to dinner and then back for sex. They would sometimes get weekends away. It would be rarer to go to concerts or the theatre at least as paid time. I have had escorts at company functions but as friends rather than escorts.
