I would like to see who left References, but I can see how it could be abused. A bit like the Reviews I guess.

Why ask for one yourself?!

So does this mean that an escort will only give a reference if they are given one first. Surely if a reference is deserved, it should be given, otherwise it just looks like a bit of mutual backscratching.

It is hidden tho. Only the person who leaves the reference and the one who receives can see it.
