Question What do you call yours?

This evening I was chatting to a client about names, which reminded me that one of my clients calls his member 'Sir Anthony', to which my client admitted that he has called his Berty since his 20's. I thought it was funny and couldn't help wonder if this was normal practice and if so... What do you call yours?
