I think the way that some ladies answer a intended bad review matter way more than the review. It shows humour, sometimes what really happened, or sometimes shows that the client takes himself way too seriously. Nice example here, she's a gem

That generally seems to be the professional opinion. And perhaps it's something to do with generall mistrust of internet ratings. We all know how easily they can be manipulated, for good and bad.

Let's look at it this way, how would clients feel if there wasn't a reviews system at all? Would that affect their punting habits?

I've used the review system for 1 reason and 1 reason only: to ensure that the lady was genuine before I decided to make a call. The one time I didn't rely on that method, I ended up regretting it. That's just my 2 cents worth.

Interesting that one. How about the verification tick? Did the lady you went to see where you were disappointed have a green tick? I'm just curious how much the tick matters.
