These boards and Reviews .. how important are they really.

Where do I start? The soirées, the rumours and gossip, the divides, the jealously and spitefulness, breach of confidentiality, the drunken comments online, the expectations or obligations of a discounted/mate's rate service, lies and deceit, etc. Clients could access the private forums and read PM's.

You probably think that I have little faith in people, but then again, these just a handful of the things my team deal with on the forums on a day-to-day basis, and most of these issues could be avoided if people kept things professional. In fact, we deleted a negative review for an escort the other day from a guy who didn't intend to pay for sex, he just wanted to text chat with a lady. After a few hours, he decided to meet up with her just to watch tele and chat, and when he prompted the idea of sex, he was 'horrified' that she told him he would have to pay. That's the mentality of some people. A couple of days ago, we also had an escort posting on behalf of a banned client who was sat right next to him.

Well done for pointing out a few home truths. But given human nature professionalism goes out the window sometimes, and sometimes we might think that there is something more going on when in fact there is less.

Were you paying them for their time and companionship while gaining this information ?
The majority of my clients are non members and have no wish to be ,, they just want a little of what they are not getting at home and then go home to their wife's to get the things that are available like a pretty comfortable relationship that they enjoy,
I believe that married guys who are seeing escorts for nights out "meet and greet" type of nights or coffee and chit chats and become friends are totally dissrespectfull to their partners and might as well be having an affair, but don't think they are doing anything wrong as they are with an "Escort" ..
I never discuss the forums or reviews with any of my clients and don't give a fiddlers fuck if they leave me one or not ,, their review to me is their return visits time an time again.
If your percentages are any way on the mark sure you will only get a very small number of guys with opinions to it as most don't even read here, hence an "Elite" forum members only view not the majority of site visitors

I know many gents who are not bethered reading the boards some of them mebers and some of them non members they go on the site to their area and look up a girl that is it.
Regards client becoming friends yes i can see this but it will always be a different kind of friend as if someone became a real close friend I doubt I could really see them as a client any longer as this crosses the boundaries that both clients and escorts get to have. I respect that and I expect a client to respect that to. In saying that I am not saying that I am not friends with certain people I have seen on a number occasions and I trust but its a different kind of friendship with boundaries.

All over the world where people see escorts there are different types of people.
Clients who like the forums participating alot
Clients who participate sometimes but read alot
Clients who just lurk
Clients who dont bother with any forums as they just want to meet ladies and not be involved in the rest
All escorts need to start somewhere I once had no reviews andif clients did not visit me i would not have any and sometimes an escort that does not allow reviews is genuine but has reasons for not accepting reviews. xx

Interesting topic, well worth discussing.

What is the point? Well I only started posting and reviewing regularly fairly recently, however I would have referred to the reviews prior to this and ocassionally looking at the forum, purely for entertainment and seeing what was going on. At first I was probably overly going on visual assessment in picking who I would contact. However now I'm more likely to visit someone I already know.

As for the forums, I am addicted. I will post on topics I haven't much interest in. I will check back regularly on my posts to see how they are doing. I will be disappointed if I start a thread and it doesn't go anywhere. Pathetic behaviour admittedly, but I suppose I'm looking for approval and ego massage that I don't get in my normal life.

As for reviews the important points I would look for are accuracy of photos and indications that the escort is pleasant and affable company. When I started this first it was more wham, bang and then out the door but I need a bit more than that now.


By the numbers that James quoted it would seem that these forums and reviews may not have as much relevance as we here think.

Speaking for myself, I would have never met an escort if it hadn't been for the forum and review system. Without the forum or reviews there isn't really anywhere to get information about escorts except from the likes of ruhama or Torl or the negative stories in the papers

I agree with that. I do also believe that there is a vast difference between getting the wrong idea from being overly friendly with someone and getting together with a group of friends and nonchalantly discussing what happens on the forums, what goes on between people and throwing private parties.

You seem to visit mainly girls that participate here on the boards, so therefore the boards are important to you and you have greatly benefited from them. But more than 90% of others punters do not.
