Circumcision !

This thread is timed very well to coincide with my predicament. Over the last 6 mths. my turtle-neck has become tighter & tighter, until I took my head out of the sand & visited the doc. He's told me I need to be circumcised, I'm 40 for fuck sake !
It's actually painful to pull it back for washing & peeing purposes & getting tighter. No explanation why, it just happens to some of us apparently.
I've researched the whole thing since & it seems that my owl' fella' will be out of commission for up to 2 mths. It's quite painful & when there's stitches in there you don't want accidental horns or morning glories.
Has anyone else out there experienced adult circumsision ? If so can you advise me what I can expect please ? Still waiting for a date for the rpodedure.

Brenda, I've had this thing all my life & have never had negative comment re: hygiene. It's down to the person, not whether it's cut. We were born this way, nature has made it so for a reason.

I had it done about 4 years ago, at 31. It made a big difference to me. Before I had the operation it was actually painful to get an erection!! I am a much happier person now It didn't hurt much after the operation for me, I didn't do anything for about a month, but, it seemed to be completely better after two weeks.

You’d better stay the hell away from the Women here after you get the op done for a week or three, or else keep a needle and thread handy. I don't think any of them listed sewing as a favorite

On a serious note though, the only related problem of this sort I ever had was years ago the frenulum was casing me some slight discomfort and “expansion difficulties” shall we say, the medical term is frenulum breve, there was no way I was going to the doctor about it, so I sorted the problem myself, got an old style razor blade, gritted my teeth and yes I admit clenched one or two buttocks as well, and very VERY gingerly ran it along the problem area, it was over in a second, hurt like hell for that second admittedly, and bleed for a while, but no pain, no gain. I wouldn’t recommend it, but it worked out grand for me. Now my problem was minor, a full circumcision is a whole different thing, but did anyone else do similar?

I prefer uncut ones as long they are clean.

It really wasn’t all that bad, barely a seconds pain and done and dusted, and was a very minor problem to begin with, but it wasn’t the smartest thing to do I admit.

Now as for going under the knife to get the whole thing removed, God that sends shivers down my spine.
