I'm still at a loss to how it works. You've just given me a reference, but I cant read it, Can other escorts read it ? Or do they just see your name as a reference then contact you to make sure i'm not a total asshole ?

Only people who can see a reference are the giver and receiver, everyone else just sees that the person has a reference.
