I'm a bastard, I know it and don't have a problem with it, I should but I don't, it has nothing to do with making one feel better.. As I said, some men may have no interest in having an affair, looking around today most wouldn't be able to even if they were inclined but if a gorgeous lady comes onto a guy and he has absolutely no chance of getting caught I firmly believe there isn't a man that wouldn't cheat.. OK, if he just got married he's still looking through rose tinted glasses but eventually there comes a time where all men would, IE the right circumstances...

I agree, there are lots and lots of men who claim they would never cheat, and who never have cheated, but who, in a certain circumstance, would cave in to temptation, no doubt. I'd probably put myself in that category. I've never cheated. But I've never been in a relationship for longer than 6 months, so I haven't been tested properly.

However, to say "there isn't a man" who wouldn't cheat in those circumstances is ridiculous. There really are people out there who live by a very high moral standard and who can resist temptations or who love their partner completely and have all their needs fulfilled that they couldn't be bothered. They're rare, but they exist.

If I was with a partner who 1. I loved on an emotional level 2. I was physically attracted to and 3. fulfilled my sexual needs completely and I was approached by a hot girl in a bar, I wouldn't consider myself a "Bastard" for cheating, I'd consider myself a complete and utter IDIOT.

Granted, it's hard to come by a partner like that, but it's possible.
