    my motto in life is life live to the fullness , with out regrets or trying Not to regret much, i have a logo i used a lot,

    I'm not sure I see the irony, Faroe. Are you saying that because of our membership here, we are not decent people nor can we aspire to be?

    It is a rare person who never tries to impress another. In my experience, any man who says he never does is probably trying to impress the ladies by his rugged apathy. Sure, I spent years trying (and failing) to do just that as a teenager!

    I don't know about you but most people set standards for themselves, and that is where these 'mottos' come from, they are mostly aspirational. Most people fall off their horse going through life and don't always live up to the motto. But they aspire to get back up on that horse and to give it a go again. Ok there is an element of delusion here but that's life!
