Trusted reviewer status was got rid of before I got here as the system couldn't be trusted. There are no plans to bring it back
The same can be said for escorts. You just have to take the usual checks and help your odds
We of course have the reference section which can be used

Escorts can already leave references on clients and they have a reviews section for clients that want to leave feedback on their experiences. There isn't really a need. Besides, this information is all subjective anyway, so what might be a good client to one escort might be bad for another and vice versa.
