    Had my first one recently. Not requested and naturally occurring as part of a wonderful appointment. I can highly recommend - though if asked beforehand I might have been reluctant to even consider one.

    I don't think its a service she normally offers. Built up a rapport over time and we were trying a couple of new things that day. so I'm sorry but I can't divulge the name at least without her permission....she may volunteer here herself????
