I have never used an escort and im a bit of a wuss about this because I fear getting caught by the cops would outcall be safer than incall for to avoid this and would independant be better than agency?

Independant all the way mrpink, it's not illegal to visit an Independant so no worries with the Gardai but it is to visit an agency, also avoid Independants sharing, more than 1 in an apartment is a Brothel also illegal.
Worst case with an independant if your caught is you'll be asked to make a statement in the back of the car and you will never hear about it again unless they decide to charge the Independant which is very unlikely, in this situation you would be called as a witness!!

Altough it is not illegal it is not entirely legal either, also I would never bring a stranger into my home especially one I have to pay to enter!!

I've had about 40 to 50 outcalls and so far nothing bad has happened. The girl came, did the bussiness and left. I would prefer to do an outcall then go into some hotel room or apartment that 10 or 15 men could heve been there on the bed all over the sheets, at least I know my place is clean and safe. Not saying that escort apartment/hotel rooms are dirty but how many times have you went to hotel room to find a bin full of condoms and tissues. That's a mood setter.
