    Been a huge admirer of this band for many years, fortunate enough to see several times over, most notably the 1981 earls court dates, attached link is from animals album - dogs - just luv the acoustic guitar in this and general feel/concept of the album and worth a mention I think

    Great thread, Stephanie,

    I reckon you must be pyschic as I have been meaning to rip my CD of "Dark Side Of The Moon" to MP3 for the last couple of weeks and have only just done so on the strength of this thread !!! Listening to it now.

    I still buy my music on CD as I like to have a physical copy.

    Delighted to see so many Pink Floyd fans on the boards.

    Dark side of the moon never left the American top 100 albums for 18years I think the only album to beat that was Fleetwood Mac rumers

    The original band line up played a live gig in the Arcadia Ballroom in Cork in the 60tees.
