I would stay away from any injection Naomi.... if you can't buy it over the counter in a shop don't take it, unless your GP is supervising you. That would be my advise.

left shoulder is half bone on bone due to op,
right shoulder tendons rubbing at times,
left abs muscle belly is torn in two.two inch x half inch rip inside the muscle,
torn left ankle ligament,
my rip hip locks at times,
Groin tendon dethached op,
left elbow op,
torn right forearm and bicep,

thats about it.Deadly sport.Yes it is.You will be in pain constantly but the funny thing is you get used to it and you will end up very solid as in rock hard to touch.This post made me burst laughing.Yep Kat my knees and back are fine,its the rest of me isnt lol

That’s explains a lot, Togheronians are a breed apart, sorry for the implication of being a Northsider, a fella told me once of the rivalry that exists amongst some, can be pretty violent, he said if he ventured south he’d be taking a risk, and vice versa, I don’t know it that’s true, maybe he was talking big for my benefit, me being from the country.

How’s the new layout of the magic roundabout suiting you, I’ll never forget the first time I ended up on it when it really was a magic roundabout and anything could happen, me with my L plate like a red rag to dozens of bulls during rush hour, no bastard would let me off of it, I went round 4 or 5 times on the inside track. In front of me was a tourist camper van with the message written in crayon on the back window saying “Americans on Vacation, Please be kind” on the Kinsale road roundabout of all places, talk about drawing fire, they are probably still there…

As of Yesterday, I'm on cold Turkey..... AND not doing too well.... I think, if it wasn't for the implant... I would have given up after 12 hrs....
