Default Unusual things that lift your spirits

So I'm in a cafe earlier having some lunch and there's a couple a few tables away having a serious row. She's tearing strips off of him, big silence, he tries to explain or apologise and she tears strips off him again. Big silence, he opens his mouth and she.. Well you get the idea
And I'm just sitting here thinking. Thanks be to god I'm single It totally makes up for the times when your on your own, and some other loved up couple is making you sick .
Anyone else have strange things that lift their spirits?

I'd guess it lifts more than just your spirits, lol. I doubt if it would be called unusual though.

Cruel as it is, when someone falls I find it raises my spirits. It's even better when they try and play it off like it didn't hurt.

Someone in a Porche - undertook me on the M50 - I was doing 120Kph, anyway as they swerved inside and back in front of me the car behind me was an un-marked Garda car. On went the lights , I pulled out the way and they pulled him over. They were probably going to do me before that - double whammy ! That lifted my spirits, and I drove at 100Kph after that !

Squad cars with flat tyres... that's always good for a laugh.
