Yeah, best to go into your browser options and make sure that some dodgy site hasn't added an extension onto browser.Perhaps cloudflare has hatched a dastardly plan against me

SO far anyone having this problem
Open your Google browser, look on the right hand side see those 3 lines going across - click it.
In the drop down menu go to - Settings
Scroll down to - Search
In the Box select - Google
Mine was set to Privative VPN hence why my google search wasn't working

Chrome caches redirects and they can persist for a while.
Clear your cache and try again.
