It would be best to make contact with an escort via a outcall which they would still require a deposit in a (wheelchair friendly) hotel as this would be on neutral ground for both you and the escort plus not so nervy as it would be safer for both parties.
Most hotel and the bars in them are wheel chair friendly as the bar’s are mainly on the ground floor with access to the lifts to all floors. Escort are running a business just like any other (even if its lots more fun than most business to be in) time is money honey. Would you really expect to see a specialist, dentist, or solicitor etc and meet without any form of payment for their time too?
I have many clients who are also disabled hence why I stay in a number of places which are wheelchair friendly, so I am confused with this request, no offence is intended?
All the best in finding what your are looking for.
