    Default New Year resolution advise.

start it on jan 7th not jan 1st as you will be tired, hungover maybe and have as much interest in yellow snow as a resolution. Most fail because they start on a holiday and if you break it start again. In other owrds lean towards the resolution not making it the end all of things.

    Sincerely,
    Westside.

I've got a better idea: as your new years resolution, give up alcohol that way you won't have to worry about any hangovers

If you give up alcohol for new year, that doesn't cover 31st silly. Are you just trying to ruin the party by telling everyone to stay sober?
