Here's my take on it,When for instance your married or have a partner and lets say the flame is gone out of your relationship and neither has that close intimacy anymore.One or both eventually goes to look elsewhere,even if it is not discussed between them.Then depending on the make up of the partnership,the man goes to an escort to fulfull this,in that case he will not feel guilt and have a barrier between the two things.
