The problem with agencies as I see it (and I am not against agencies per se, just some of the practices) is that you simply can never know for sure.

His heart many have been in the right place to start with, but he has gone way too far past any reasonableness in my view.

As agencies in Ireland, provide clients. I have seen some reviews of agencies in the past on E-I as well.
