I think as independent you pay only the ads, accommodation etc....

If there is a person arranging all that it's either a secretary (which for me would be welcome as i forget lots of things) but you still have to pay it. Either an agency or pimp ... that asks for a commission. (which is too high considering the only thing they do is going online and pay an add, answer phone calls ... and arranging for you the accommodation)

It's long been said here that escorts should not be advertised as independent if they are agency. I've always agreed with this. The problem for E-I is, as a directory, we simply don't have a close enough relationship to advertisers to know what they do with their money and be able to determine who is agency and who is independent. But, despite disagreeing with false advertising, I am starting to feel like how can agency escorts be expected to advertise as agency with the level of discrimination directed towards them? We the community are part of the problem here. If we discriminate so strongly against agency escorts, how can we expect them to be honest about their agency status?

In my opinion is an independent escort is the one that doesn't work with any agency/pimp... doesn't give any commission to anyone.

She's working in her own apartment/ hired apartment/ hotels. She does whatever she wants, she goes wherever she wants, she decides what she does with her own earnings (boyfriend/ husband/ kids/ family/ bills etc). Works when she wants or feels like, stops when is too tired or is not in the mood. (including holidays or days off without advertising)

Working for an agency you do what you want, go where you want, you decide what to do with your money. The only thing is you have to work from x hour to x hour. If you do not want to work for whatever reason, a good agency will not force you to work.
