Well this train has been rattling along for a fair while without getting anywhere.
Ok, I'm pretty thick, but does this thread have an agenda to establish some sort of different agency with Rachel at the head of it?
I'm just asking, because that's how it seems to me.

People have different opinions about what a true independent means, as you can see yourself from the posts. There is no clear definition of it.
In the other hand agencies are good/bad... the ladies do choose to work for them, why can not be seeing an indie, why we put down agencies so much, us , the media and Ruhama.
Now we are talking about foreign escorts with no English or little by the matter, should not come over. How could that be stopped? Who are we to close the door to them, just because they can not engage in conversation with a client, have a drink and so on ...
Escort safety and information it is a huge deal and if we are up to offer instead of discriminate, sex industry would be much better for agencies, indies and clients, as we would know who is who...

How does a client know that you are paying 50-50 with the agency and not 60-40, 70-30.
Or that they're paying for your accomodation and add either, that they're not forcing you to work or ripping you off.
They don't, there is no way of knowing even if they openly advertised as an agency.

Somehow it would be.
Example Agency XXX advertise as such. Girls do talk , ask around and someone will have info about them. But, advertising as such, so everyone know who is about.
Not advertising, it is like talking about nothing, as we do not know what profiles belong to the agency (at the moment).

Agencies I have contacted to work with, have been very straight forward about everything. % , work hours , accommodation and so on. I did work with some, not with all, because wasnt offered the same, or I had knowledge about one or two as not being very great. The choice was there to make. At the moment I know only one agency from 4 or 5 some time ago.

Someone was telling me about an agency in Cork , which wasnt advertise as such, therefore I opted to go with an agency who was advertising as such at that time. I felt more confi doing so.

Not at all. I give you my opinion on what I have seen , hear during my time in Ireland.
I stand up for I think it is right and deserves to be defended, on my point of view.

Why agencies? Because as I said many times on this thread, I had a good experience and I wish a girl on my situation few years back to be able to check agencies in Ireland and make her choice. Sadly none will advertise as such now.

I just had a look at one and still charge 100 / 200 e.
As indie I charge 80 / 180 ...

Your numbers are not agencies, you think escorts who charge 50 - 80 e 24 h are agency, where I very doubt...

Also the luxury as an Independent of choosing to decline a guest , to be able to choose your own workinghours and opting out for a day or two !
If any agency dictates anything like service , workinghours , location or whatever has to do with your work its not legal / pimping !

Any independent escort is an escort who does the following

They decide to be an escort

They decide who they see

They decide the hours they work

They decide where they work

They pay there own expenses ie, their accommodation, their add, their travel, possibley someone to answer phone etc.
There is nothing to stop them working from another girls apartment as many of them do. It's the same as paying for a hotel.

They become an agency escort when they pay a set fee to a third party out of every client payment they recieve.

Example a true independent escort pays €70 for an apartment for a day and €70 for an add and another €50 for travel and other expenses. Total cost €190. They see no clients they lose €190. They see 5 clients at €100 they make a profit of €310. If they see more clients they make more, they see less they make less.

An non independent escort is one who pays a set % of the fee to the agent, irish % seems to be at least 50%
Example escort sees 5 clients at €100 euro, they make €250 euro.

Whether agencies are good or bad is irelivent to the topic being discussed.

The point of the slight derail from the topic was to explain WHY an escort working for an agency is NOT Independent .
I dont care why or who works for an Agency or if they are bad or good !
