Do they know about the consequences?! Yes they do obviously do not care. As sex was such tabu in this country also the information over the risk having unprotected sex were low.
In the other hand, a normal person would not ask for such service, leads me to think only an insane, sick person would.

yep true that but we don't have the power to stop this
