I wouldn't be in a hurry to eat them again. If they hadn't been disguised with cheese and garlic I'm not sure I'd have tried them. Texture wise they were a bit like mussels, but in my head I was chewing a slug

I don't see Frogs legs and snails on the menu that much anymore, or am I just looking in the wrong place?

I love Lamb's heart, probably my favourite meal
