Weird pain

I have this really strange pain in the middle of my chest

Right when I lye down it is not sore, but when I stand up and I breathe I get pains in the middle of chest, it's like every time ya breathe or move its sore, but when I lye down on my back I can breathe and the pains are not there

Is it strange?

Is it anything to worry about ?

It could be stress... or indigestion. Try taking an indigestion tablet and if the pain goes away you have your anwser lol

i asked a nurse friend(and yes she is fucking hot) on skype she reckons it might be trapped wind in your ribcage...hope that helps
