I recal meeting an Irish couple when I was at a swinging club in the UK once. They used to sneek a couple of days on the end of any holidays and pop over, as they found it was the best place to go to keep things hidden and have some fun.

Don't do it. No matter how liberal your girlfriend is, she's gonna get jealous if she thinks you're more into the escort than her. The escort will be new to you so it will be hard to hide your fascination with her.
My advice, get an escort for your girlfriend, introduce the two of them, and take off to the pub for a couple of hours. Your girlfriend can describe it to you later on that night when you're together.
