    The lighter your pee the more hydrated you are, so actually if it is dark yellow to orange you need to drink a few gallons of water. If it is continually dark yellow orange, then you could be diabetic and not a bad thing to visit your gp.

    not colour blind just my pee is not yellow...why are we talking about pee?

    thanks, so what if its nearly luminous yellow, sorry I suppose I could just google it but you do seem rather informed on pee lol

    I can pee in the dark and the bathroom looks like the Indian restaurant that del had rodney paint in only fools..
